1.Chef Sanjeev Kapoor-Chicken Biryani

Step-1:

Take a bowl of rice and pour some water in it and keep it aside for half-hour.

Step-2:

Take a vessel and add some water in it and let the water heater, after heating add mace, cardamom, and biryani leaves into the water

Step-3:

Add rice into the water and let it half boil and add salt and ghee

Step-4:

Take another vessel and add ghee, cardamom, clove, biryani leaves, and onions, and geera into it. And let it fry for some time.

Step-5:

Take fresh chicken in a bowl add curd, green chili( cut it into middle), ginger garlic paste, salt, cardamom powder, mace powder, Kesar, rose and kevlar water and keep it aside.

Step-6:

Add the half boiled rice into the vessel (in with we add ingredients and let it fry) and add the chicken marinate to it, and add cream and keser, ghee, rose and kevlar water and cardamom powder and a mace powder to it. Take the lid and apply atta to the edge of the lid, and close the lid. Let it cook.

Step-7:

After some time our tasty chicken biryani is ready.

2. Chef Sanjay Thumma- Chicken Biryani

Step-1;

Take chicken in a blow and add chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste to it keep it in freeze for at least 4 hours.

Step-2:

After 4 hours take the chicken out and add oil to it and keep it in the vessel.

Step- 3:

Take another bowl add curd. water and add bay leaves, cardamom, jeera, Karan Phool. kalimirch, jayfal, and cinnamon, and mace, Mix it properly. Add it to the top of the chicken.

Step-4

keep a vessel on stove add water in it let the water heater and add some oil to it and after some time add rice and let boil for 20-30 minutes not more than 40 minutes.

Step-5:

Take the rice out and arrange it on the top of the chicken. Add saffron fried onions coriander and mint leaves and ghee on top. Add seal the led to the vessel with atta. And let it cook in a low flame for 15-30 minutes

Step-6

After some time our tasty chicken biryani is ready to eat.

3.Chef Vikas Khaan

Step-1:

keep a bowl on stove add oil and after oil, heater add onions(sices) and let it fry.

Step-2:

Next, add chicken on the fried onions and mix it thoroughly Add salt, ginger garlic paste, and garlic water to it and let it cook for some time. Add, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg(important for Lucknow biryani) and add rep chili powder, cook it for 1 minute, after that add curd after that add kewra water, half boil the chicken after that add milk to it.

Step-3:

After that take-out, the chicken pieces into a plate because the lucknowi biryani clean(it doesn’t contain and such biryani ingredients) next squeeze out the liquid(for which we take chicken out) into a bowl and take some quantity of top layer of it in another bowl.

Step-4:

After that add cardamom powder, mace powder, Kesar, kewra water and add salt if needed.

Step-5:

Keep another bowl( containing water)on the stove. After water heat add cardamom, cloves, green chili, oil. and salt and finally rice and let it boil.

Step-6:

Take the chicken in a boil and keep it on stove add the liquid which is squeezed and add the rice, Kesar and then add the liquid that we take out separately on top.

Step-7:

Take atta to dough for sealing the lid. Cook it in high flame for 1minute and 12-15 minutes in low flame. And off the stove, keep it aside for at least 10 minutes. Then our tasty Lucknowi Chicken Biryani is ready.

Step-1:

Take chicken in a blow and add onions, fried onions, saffron water, mint, curd, coriander powder, chilli powder, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and salt and mix it and keep it aside.

Step-3:

Keep a bowl on stove add ghee and chicken marinate and let it cook.

Step-4:
Add the half boiled rice on a new bowl one layer and top of it add chicken and rice on top.

Step-5:

Add milk, saffron, ghee, mint leaves, fried onions, salt, and coriander leaves and mix it.

Step-6:

Add it on top of rice and add Kesar, rose and kewra water in a bowl and put on rice and cook for some time. and our tasty biryani is ready.

Step-1:

Take fresh chicken in a blow and add curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, biryani masala, garam masala, coriander powder, and lemon water, and mix it thoroughly and keep it aside.

Step-2:

Keep a vessel on stove and add oil, bay leaves, cardamom, jeera, Karan Phool. kalimirch, jayfal, and cinnamon, and mace and add rice in it and mix it. After a minute add water and salt and let it boil 80%.

Step-3:

Keep another vessel on stove add oil, jeera, pepper, clove, cinnamon, onions and let it fry, after that add chicken to it. Cook it for 3-5 minutes.

Step-4:

Add mint and coriander leaves and half-boiled rice to it in a layer.

Step-5:

Add mint and coriander leaves, fried onions, milk mixed with Kesar, and orange food colour, and kewra water, ghee on the top of rice.ves

Step-6:

If the lid of the vessel lid lose close the lid tightly with the help of atta. And our biryani is ready.
